1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using droppd at droppd.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

droppd is a platform for AI builders to showcase their projects, receive feedback, and connect with other builders. The Service allows users to create profiles, publish builds, upvote and comment on projects, follow other users, and participate in challenges.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using GitHub or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service, including builds, comments, images, and videos ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Spams or misleads other users

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, follows, or other metrics
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional content

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. We may also remove content that we determine to be inappropriate, even if it does not explicitly violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by droppd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Google, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, droppd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
